Every Habitia update is listed here, newest first. Each entry has the release date and what changed for landlords, property managers, tenants, and owners. Habitia updates automatically — there is nothing to install.

• Announcements. Send one notice to all your tenants, one property, one building, specific units, or your owners. Add a subject line and up to 5 attachments, write in English, Spanish, or both, and each recipient gets their own language. Announcements land in the message thread, as a notification, and by email. See Sending announcements.
• Evidence on credits. When you issue a tenant a credit, you can now attach the supporting document (a receipt, a photo, a written agreement) at the moment you issue it or later from the ledger. See Issuing credits.
• Nightly backups. All Habitia data is now backed up automatically every night.
