Quick search (Ctrl+K)

Once you have more than a handful of properties, clicking through the sidebar to find one tenant gets slow. The command palette lets you jump straight to anything from anywhere in the app.

Open it

• Press Ctrl + K (Windows) or ⌘ + K (Mac), from any page, or
• Click the magnifier icon in the top bar.

Search

Start typing (at least 2 characters). Results appear instantly, grouped by type:

• Tenants — by name, email, or phone.
• Properties — by name or address.
• Units — by unit number (shows its property underneath).
• Work orders — by title or description.
• Vendors — by company or contact name.

Use the ↑ / ↓ arrows to move through results and Enter to open the highlighted one, or just click. Esc closes the palette.

Everything is scoped to your organization, and each type shows up to five matches — it’s built for fast navigation, so if you need a full filtered list, use the dedicated page (Tenants, Work Orders, etc.).
